oil on canvas panel, 11″ x 14″ – From a recent trip to British Columbia. The year, so far, out there has been so dry that once-full creeks and rivers are bone dry. This one – Norrish Creek – was filled with white rocks out of which were struggling spindly trees and shrubs.
