These two women were sitting in the hot sun against a wall which reflected back even more heat. I was intrigued that they were so engaged in their conversation that the little bit of shade afforded by the small umbrella seemed sufficient. And, as always, I was interested in all the ways that the light played off and through the different materials and surfaces.
